It's been a long week back at work, back on the bike and preparing to move apartments.

Tonight marks our last sleep in this lovely apartment, we got waylaid from packing by chatting to the neighbours. Andy gave Nesta an impromptu skateboarding lesson and by 9pm we realised that we hadn't packed, cleaned or eaten.

This blip is False Creek, hastily taken on my cycle home from work. You can just see Science World on the right and people capsized in a kayak left of centre!
