More gnarly trees

I am definitely obsessed with pollarded trees and these are some of my favourite. Phone-blipped while out for a morning pedal. As Doris was still around I decided to take her on in my outbound trip to make the journey home more pleasant. 

Then a mad rush to transfer boy 2 from 2 hrs rugby training to 1.5 hr footy match, pick Z up from station, collect from footy match, buy hen bedding and new bulbs for the cars (how come they all go at once?), return Z to station and then sort out the garage so I could unload and put away the hens' bedding which meant, in turn I could get to the rear light cluster to replace the brake light bulb. Phew. Then a very welcome huge cup of tea.
