Oh, what a beautiful morning ....

If the sun is shining first thing in the morning the housework can wait ... the duster and hoover work just as well in the afternoon and the sun may have disappeared by then.

I knew the parklands would be very muddy after yesterday's rain so I opted for a walk along part of the River Clyde Walkway.  The river was looking its best under the cloudless blue sky. I walked along as far as the Exhibition Centre where I enjoyed a coffee and a read of my book.

No problem with my steps today ... I very easily reached over 17,000 by the time I got back to my car.
