Downtown Murnau am Staffelsee

The end of a wonderful day. Searching for dinner in Murnau. It's where we were staying - in D's sister's flat.

We'd taken the railway & cablecar up to the top of nearby Zugspitze - the highest mountain in Germany at close to 10,000 ft. It was clear and sunny, so we could see for miles.

After a lunch beside lake Eibsee on the way down, we walked around the lake for 2 hours.

The Blip is the Rathaus in Murnau.
