Jericho Coffee Traders: Bemused Barista

I had a fun photosession at JCT's Espresso Bar on The High this morning; both baristas were game ("Mind?! We like photos here!"), and my coffees were excellent too (I had flat whites made from both their house blend and the intriguingly butterscotchy decaff. too). It is a fun place for people watching from the window, especially in the morning as people commute and compute.

I photographed my coffees being made (dialling in the grind, the pour, steaming the milk, and the final flat white) and the various interactions and atmospheres in the cute and cosy café.
