Spices

At some point over the weekend I decided I would make a mushroom curry for dinner on Sunday night. On checking my spice shelf, however, I realised that I was missing a few ingredients, so I popped into my local T*sc* on the way back from church on Sunday morning.

The weather on Sunday was foul, so I also decided to "kill two birds with one stone" and take a photo of their herbs & spices display and avoid the need to go back out again in the wind and rain. (Despite the image on my daily blip, curry powder was not one of the ingredients I needed.)

The curry wasn't bad either.
