Trying to do the full beard to see how it works.
Had it a few years back & loved the pics of us when we had them professionally done when I had it then.

Too much grey but that's age.

A lovely day with great news about my BP. Review at the doctors today with the lovely Nurse Practitioner Pauline. I average after a week of monitoring 133/83. So no need to up my meds.

Got my new monitor waiting for collection tomorrow & my DESMOND Diabetes meeting tomorrow.

So happy Monday. Hope all are well. Thank you hubby for a chilled day. No BP monitor tonight.
Dinner to be decided.
