Had a last look at Lake Tekapo - taking in the tiny Church Of The Good Shepherd - built of locally gathered stone and oak - on its shore - and erected as a tribute to the early pioneers of the region

Travelled through Burkes Pass to Christchurch - Bridge of Remembrance - extra - and the end of this 4400km whistle stop tour - by coach - of New Zealand

Next phase of the trip will be much more leisurely
