Don't know who these guys are, they're just a handy blip to me, but you can't help but wish them well.
First noticed this lovey-padlock craze when we were in Rome a few years ago, but it seems to have spread as far as Perth. Wonder if they unlock it  if the relationship breaks down? Now THAT would be a sad blip :(
