Guacamole

If you ask me, you really cant beat home made guacamole.

Bought some commercial stuff recently and thought "This tastes of mushy peas" and indeed that's what a substantial percentage of the stuff was.

When I've seen it hand made with mortar and pestle in Mexico there wasn't any peas involved!
