Snow melt

When you live in town or city the snow comes, lies a while, then disappears as if by magic.

In the countryside the process is more obvious.    Streams and rivers grow fatter as the melted snow flows off the hills and into the valleys upstream   This is the Glensax Burn as it passes through Haystoun Estate.
