Sun seekers

A glorious end to February in Oban, with sunshine from the start. I had a dental appointment this morning, so went for a walk along the front with the camera afterwards and took a few pictures. This couple were enjoying the sun and the view - not sure what they were doing round the front side, drinking coffee, eating a snack or chatting, but it was good to see people sitting around in the sun again!

By 3pm the sun was shining directly on to the end of our deck so we sat in our shelter and soaked up the blazing sunshine. I even had to unzip my jacket, though Mrs M kept her gloves on!

My extra today is a photographic weather forecast for the Oban area - a  gentle breeze, a light snowfall on the hills and some cloud over high ground!
