Tiny bud for Tiny Tuesday

I know, it's pancake day, but I resisted temptation about blipping my cooking and went out specially to find something tiny to take a picture of.

I found this tiniest of tiny buds in a hedge which had catkins and those white hairy things that I don't know the name of (a picture in the extras)

Anyway, enjoy your pancakes!  I did!
