On Blackcap

I took an energetic stroll in this morning's bright sunshine from Landport, on the edge of Lewes, up past the old Racecourse and the Jubilee Beacon on the summit of Mount Harry, to the trig point on the summit of Blackcap.

Here is the view from Blackcap at 11:53 this morning, showing the superb cloud pattern and the spectacular view of the Downs to the east, including (to the right of the photograph) the cliffs at Seaford Head.
