Not quite a rainbow of veg...

More of a test for red/green colour blindness.

Still, some colourful(!) mushrooms and a sprinkle of crushed linseed will add to the appeal when I box it up for lunch tomorrow. Oh, and the absolutely delicious hot smoked salmon I got from the Stockbridge market on Sunday.

I'm not even in bed and I'm looking forward to lunch!
