Cactus Blooms

One of the cactus in my table top garden is starting to bloom. As I was taking the photos, I noticed that there is a soft underlying fuzz where the blooms are starting to appear. You can see a bit of it at the base if this bud.

I got good news today. I can be fixed laparoscopically. They will be able to get my stomach and pancreas back where they belong, fix the hernia and esophagus, stitch them in place all with four small incisions and using robotics. This was not possible 2 1/2 years ago, when I went through this same situation.
 
I am grateful for the innovations in medicine and looking forward to being able to get out and do things again.
