This was a christmas present; it's growing on me, despite early reservations. It's a lovely bit of kit, for all you technophiles.....

I had thought that the intangible "feel" of a book was important. However, I thought the same of 12" vinyl 30 years ago, and we know where that is. Even cds are largely redundant.

Everything says books should go the same way, not least environmental considerations. Maybe they won't, time will tell......

This is my first electronic book download! President Elect Obama takes up his elected position in about 3 weeks; time for me to find out a bit more about what he stands for.....
