Egrets at Red Wharf Bay, Anglesey

Apologies for poor shot but I got very excitied when I realised I was looking at a pair of Egrets and they're at Red Wharf Bay! Couldn't get any closer because of the mud and zoom on camera was as far as it would go.

I had gone down to the beach in the hope of seeing some of the runners involved in the Ring of Fire 3-day race along the Anglesey Coastal Path, but I was too late.

I was also told that there was a group of people involved in a worldwide radio transmission competition at the other end of the beach, but I didn't get that far too find out for myself.

Weather is dry and blustery here, hope that you are all basking in sunshine or at east having a relaxing weekend.
