Pleasant morning visiting a friend I used to work with and admiring how she is coping with extreme pain due to osteo-arthritus now she is on her own. Tasks like getting containers open when hands won't perform, taking things out of the oven hoping you don't drop it, we had a few laughs which always helps, somehow.
