John Ruskin

Saw him on a wall in an office today. I don`t know if I will follow his advice. 
The competition that time was not the same as the competiton in the highly competing buyers market of today. If the quality of the product I buy does not answer to the guarantee the seller confirms, I get a new product or my money back. Even so Mr Ruskin who passed away 117 years ago still has some right.
