Leaving on the 10.30

Down to London for the first trip since the operation. All went well. I walked up to the station, navigated public transport in London with no problems at all, and enjoyed giving a short presentation and then having dinner with some colleagues.

My trip out to the Travelodge at London City airport in the evening was quite a little adventure, including catching a bus at Canning Town station.

The only blip of the day was Mr A phoning to say that there is a bit of a water problem stemming from our flat. It's going to have to be sorted out.

Walking to the station, walking around in London, 12k steps in all and not exhausted.
