Surprise Pancakes!

It's not a surprise to eat pancakes on Shrove Tuesday (or Mardi Gras or Pancake Tuesday if you prefer). But since I don't usually work on a Tuesday I didn't know that the canteen always does a roaring trade in giant pancakes. When I got in there was already a queue formed. I took this as an endorsement. They were awesome!! Worth working my rest day!
