Canine Superhero?

This would be perfect for Silly Saturday!  We met him on our walk today and his human was kind enough to have him pose for me.  It really wasn't cold so I have to assume that he just likes to dress up. It was funny that Piper didn't know what to make of him.  He wanted to play and she's usually ready to play with any dog but she backed away from him.  He was very sweet but she wasn't having any part of it. ;-)
