I popped down the track for the first time in weeks, but it was so chilly in the wind that I completely forgot to get a shot of the reservoir. I saw bumblebees on the tiny violets and must remember to go back for a blip on a calmer day. I really appreciate borrowing TheAphid's camera but I'm really missing mine with it's good zoom. I really hope the camera repair chap manages to fix it very soon, he's nearly had it for 3 weeks!!!

Sandy appeared out of nowhere earlier this morning, like cats do, and had her usual inquisitive look and sniff around the car port. She got comfortable amongst a pile of dead leaves in the sunshine, allowing me to fire off a few shots before she was off again to have a mooch somewhere else.
