World book day

No dressing up for me today as it's my day off :-))

Shopped this morning and a bit of a hoover round... that's enough for one day :-D))

Who recognises these words?? I found this book in a bag with a Beatrix Potter journal I bought a couple of years ago. Now I remember buying the journal but not this book. So it was a lovely discovery and lovely illustrations.

Quite windy this morning and one of our bird feeders blew over again, even with a heavy weight on it at the bottom. Mr C went out to pick it up when he got home and found a dead blue tit under it. It must have been on the feeder and didn't want to give up on his seed!
