Branca: Meet Martin

More weary of my photography in large.

Martin is one of my dearest friends, and an unique/unusual combination of outrageous, adorable, professorial, and extraordinarily uplifting. He's the best.

I'm v. lucky to have such wonderful friends and family.
Today has really been one of Those Days, but several people have rallied around me heroically, and I've felt surprisingly supported, in spite of it all. I've a lovely weekend lined up as well, but a change in circumstances (and an unplanned journey, which will probably manifest itself here from Tuesday) are making life feel a tad tempestuous pro tem.

I've uploaded several shots from Branca, because it's a photogenic place and because Martin's a photogenic creature, as well as an epic friend. We had a lovely time.
