Jim was out with his mum with a bunch of others from the care home today. They went to the ice cream parlour but didnt have ice crream. Kids from the local school turned up all dressed in their world book day gear which she loved.

By the time they got back to the care home she had forgotten she had a bedroom upstairs. Dementia is blooming cruel.
