Quiet Night In

Golf this morning and boy did I stink. I think I was still traumatised from the footie last night! Still, it was a nice morning for a walk.

Spent all afternoon waiting on a scheduled call from BT about a complaint that their own 'retain' department have raised for me. Waited in vain. So I got a hold of a very apologetic customer service assistant who tracked down the person handling the complaint (and who hadn't called me) and promised they'd definitely call me 'asap'. Mmmm, I wonder when that'll be?
