Lemon polenta cake

After getting in from the lab at 7pm (my bees were working so I didn't want to leave), I started baking a cake for my lab to eat at our coffee break tomorrow. It's a gluten and dairy free lemon polenta cake that I have baked quite a few times (I really like nigella's recipes as they are usually fairly simple and always work). This one is incredibly easy and makes a fantastic and very lemony cake. The main issue is that I forgot quite how crumbly it is... hopefully I'll be able to get some paper plates tomorrow morning. The other issue is that I've made a bit too much, but I don't think that'll be too much of a problem for everyone at work!
