Fast forward a few years and I have no doubt that this kind of scene will be a frequent sight in our house. Teenage girl with hair dye on reading a magazine.

Unfortunately tonight was a variation. Instead of the hair dye it is nit shampoo on the model's hair......all by way of precaution as she stayed at a friend's house last night and the mum rang me in anxious panic this afternoon to state that she thought her daughter might have nits.
