Brighten up Darkness

Been emotional for most of the day.

Eventually went for a small walk around the park and community garden.

Hellebore with lovely petals almost as if they had been coloured with watercolour pencils.

Nature can distract you enough to get out of that bubble of darkness - emotional roller-coaster.
