Balke's first icecream cone

Blake thoroughly enjoyed his first icecream cone at Cockburnspath Flower Show today! He screamed when I tried to hold it for him and wasn't too impressed when I tried to lick up the drips either. I entered quite a bit of baking but only came second this year so handed back the cup. I did get a prize for best exhibit in the baking section and won £21 overall between that and 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize money. Didn't enter any floral art or potatoes etc this year because nothing in the garden is any good at all this year. Faith wasn't too good at standing to listen to things and just wanted to be bouncing on the bouncy castle most of the time. She did come 3rd in the 5 and under sack race though - go Faith!
