Kitchen supper
As the weather was rather grim outside, I decided to make Boeuf bourguignon for dinner - which was an excuse to open a nice bottle of red wine !!?
Two and a half hours in the oven, with creamed potatoes, glazed carrots and Brussels sprouts, and the wintry evening took on a cosy feel!
