Incoming

This afternoon SWMBO and I took the Cygnet to Police Headquarters for the last Family Day before the travisty of a national police force comes into being.

We arrived as the air/sea rescue helicopter did the same.
It did a couple of circuits before landing so the Cygnet got the chance to get a good look and get used to it.
He loved it.
He loved it even more when he got to go in it. (My mate Davie used to call this his office .......I hope he didn't let it get as mucky as this though)

Other things that he had fun with were the Olympic torch, a quad bike and an ambulance.
In fact he thouroughly enjoyed himself.

On the way home we stopped off for an ice-cream - just to top off a fun afternoon.

The only non 'day out' picture I took was of the crop in the field which seems to be heralding autumn in far too early.
