Gorge-ous

The birthday money has been burning a hole in Claire's pocket. Before she spontaneously combusted, we took her into Bristol today to shop called Forbidden Planet a geek shop a sci-fi/fantasy shop with all Claire's joys in life in store.

Manga books, anime films, Portal plushes, collector stuff, you name it.

I'm cool with it, it gives me a chance to get more ideas for the library.

Not so cool, in fact positively freaked by the geek factor.

After the purchases, we headed off to Clifton village to have a coffee, and then a stroll across the Clifton Suspension bridge.

It's really a wonderful sight, spanning the Avon Gorge.

One of the world's greatest bridges.
