the scary geese!

we visited the duck pond in the centre of Reykjavik today and fed the birds. the geese were a bit too friendly for my 8 yr old, but we handfed them, which was fun.
last year we were fighting off the gulls, and they were also quite aggressive this time. there was a new sign by the pond, explaining how to feed the ducks, and not the gulls. this involved a complicated sequence, including waving arms and hopping! wich made me giggle.
