When Will April The Giraffe Have Her Baby?!?

So about 10 days ago an animal park in New York announced that their pregnant giraffe, April, was imminently due to give birth to her calf.
They installed a 'Giraffe Cam' in her pen and put it up on YouTube for the world to see. And the world reacted! As of yesterday, heavily pregnant April has been voyered upon by over 15 million people, (up to over 100,000 at any viewing time) and it's likely much higher today.
The only problem was they forgot to ask April about when the new arrival would, ah, arrive. April had not in fact gone into labor and now everyone is in a holding pattern anxiously awaiting the birth of a 150lb., six foot tall baby. Probably no one would be more happy to see the cute 'little' urchin pop out than April herself. That has to be a heavy load she's carrying.

Anyway here is the YouTube link to get in on the fun yourself, and this screen cap is from this morning. In the background you can see Oliver, who is the nervous baby daddy, being kept in a separate pen so as not to make his poor loving mate crazy.
Hopefully you can fit such mundane activities as work, and sleep in among Giraffe Cam viewings, but it seems many can not.
There are news stories all over about how addicting this has become.
Well look at it this way... it sure takes your mind off of the craziness of the world for a bit and surely that's a good thing. :-)
