Avebury (Thursday 2nd March 2017)
With Spring finally beginning to burst forth I thought it was time to pop along to Avebury. I thought I'd have a wander among the stones and stroll the gardens at Avebury Manor. It turned out that the gardens aren't yet open after the winter, apart from the kitchen gardens which are accessed via the Manor, so my visit didn't take too long (I didn't want to go round the house again). I got a few photos in the gardens and the driveway behind it where there were large clumps of snowdrops, and also of all sectors of the stone circle. I have put a couple of shots in Extras.
I was using my full-frame K-1 which produces quite big files and I wasn't able to upload some of my first choices as they exceeded 20 MB.
