Rana temporaria

At least that's what I believe these are - common frogs. They are very very numerous, very noisy, and brutal with each other. They are equally  captivating and fascinating to watch, and we have hundreds of them in the pond. The extra photos still don't give a sense of how many there are.

Mr H's band came 5th in the 1st Section this evening..... I need to be in Huddersfield by 0730 tomorrow morning, so an early night for me!
