After party

A day of strategic thinking... two of us started our run in Trent Park at 10.00 and made our way through 7 parks including Oakwood, Broomfield, Ally Pally, Finsbury, Victoria, Olympic, Wanstead for a cross country relay race at 13.00. By the end of it a total distance of 24.7 miles covered and a tired old body.

Off then to see this new born, Stanley, a sugary cup of tea then home for feet up.
