Under the Bridge...

Well that is one more 'to do' ticked off the list. I always fancied doing the Forth Cruise to Inchcolm and a wee Groupon'ish email popped into our mail box this morning to seal the deal.

I tell you it might just be the new and different angle to be seeing the bridge from, but it looks mighty impressive floating underneath it. Quite rightly earning it's description on the way as one of the worlds engineering marvels.

Interesting bridge related fact, because it is made of steel, it shrinks and contracts with changes in heat. Apparently it can get a much as three feet longer in summer than it is in winter.
