Redesign

Chose new tiles for the bathroom. The damage caused by the upstairs apartment has delaminated the original tiles in mine. Insurance companies, onsite management and the strata are joyless and challenging to deal with. After hundreds of emails and phone calls, finally they have agreed to do the repairs but I'll need to pay for part of it. Why does insurance only ever cover part of the damage when I pay full coverage??
Anyway one battle is (partly) won and the builders are lovely so that is in my favour. Doing everything long distance is a first for me. Hope it all looks great.
