We had a lovely walk along the beach this morning, not a very long one mind you, sea air sure is good for the soul.  Bean had a 3 hour afternoon nap and I had a 2 hour afternoon nap! Having your teeth out doesn't half take it out of you! 
Summer's coming to an end now, the nights are drawing in closer earlier. How is it the winter always feels like a longer season than the summer!!
