Fun day

After a long week (i've been 'daarn saarf' three times in the last 7 days) I had a lovely lie in this morning.

Then this afternoon we popped into the fun day at Betty's Farm in the village, raising funds for the local footie team and a special needs school. The boys tried their hand at pony riding - I can't believe it's the first time tiddler has been on a horse before (this is eldest who has, but I can't remember when- ooops) Hubby has a 'thing' about horses so thought i'd grab the chance to get some horsey-love thoughts into them when he wasn't there.

The other highlight of the day was the start of the new series of Dr Who - zombie daleks?! Pure genius!!
