Charney

After a morning's teaching it was over to the Vale of the White Horse in Oxfordshire to spend the weekend at the Charney Manor Primary Geography Conference. This is a Quaker retreat venue, and was very pleasant. I had a room in the old part of the house, next to the Solar, and had some very interesting first sessions and a nice meal before heading down to the pub for a few pints and to talk geography...
