Still raining

It has rained ALL day.  I got drenched going to and coming back from V's house where I've had a great morning 'stabbing' (Needle Felting). I love V's house, a real fire, a real dog, two little white ducks in the garden and two very nice adult children.  V is in the middle of needle felting a commission for a friend of that friend's  dog, 'Bert', a Wire Haired Fox Terrier, and she's making a wonderful job of it.  I started another Hare, but a much smaller one this time!

Still raining when I got home so domestic jobs got done and I'd put a beef stew in the slow cooker before I left this morning, so dinner's easy and a nice quiet evening beckons.
