Indoor blooms

My Grandfather Josselyn raised African Violets, rooting and nurturing them to glorious blooming plants. When mine bloom I think of him and it's especially comforting today when I'm a bit nervous about the cataract surgery tomorrow morning. I love house plants and blooming ones are a lift in the drab winter months. I love thinking of my grandfather too, he was such a lovely man.

We have a fun afternoon planned, we're going to a Boston Gay Men's Chorus performance . They will be performing in a local UCC church with fabulous acoustics. We've seen them there before and really look forward to the show.

I'll be up by 4AM tomorrow so we can be at Mass Eye and Ear by 6:30 (morning traffic is always a problem)tomorrow morning. I should be home by noon and snap something for my 2500th Blipday.

All hands anxious
