Draughts

I'm so thankful for these boys who have recently started coming over to play draughts with Little J. Most local boys are spending their time at the moment letting off very loud firecrackers around the neighbourhood (including on our doorstep today!) and generally annoying everyone, so we're very happy when some slightly more sensible ones hang out in our garden.

Friends from near Mos came for dinner tonight. There are terrible stories coming out of that city. Ydy 35 died in a chemical attack, loads were taken to hospital. Camps are full to bursting. These people have suffered way too much already.
