Moringa miracle supplement....

What a day!  I went to church at 10am and came home at 1pm!  It was the ministers birthday so we had a birthday party after church!

Then  I met Franstrips and had a lovely afternoon at the local craft market.  Came home and a couple of hours later went out for dinner with two friends!

I saw this poster a few days ago and loved it...moringa is the latest super supplement in Zambia - cures everything!!
