Home from our site at Wester Ross with enough day light for a quick walk with Caley. The last two site days have left me exhausted, not with the exertion of covering many miles but the draining effect of having to exercise so much caution on the horrid underfoot conditions. In spite of this I had several tumbles that had swear words ringing out across the valley.
It was therefore an absolute pleasure to get the head down and tramp up Bohuntin Hill burning proper calories on good hard (if very steep ground). It was a beautiful evening that brought a smile to the face.
